MHP Xpel During periods of little fluid consumption, the body is designed to hold water in an attempt to keep nourished, hydrated and functioning properly in the absence of additional fluid. At any given time, the body could be holding anywhere from 4-12kg – depending on your hydration levels. Such a phenomenon is known as ‘subcutaneous water’ and is a useful evolutionary feature when the body is forced to cope in harsh, dry climates.

When it comes to weight loss though, it’s less than useful. Not only does it affect visible shape, but excessive water loading can be a sign of dehydration and lead to digestive problems and lethargy. To combat this MPH have released their first – and extremely potent – diuretic; Xpel.

Xpel is a herbal diuretic designed to help the body release this excess subcutaneous water from beneath the skin. It uses high doses of proven weight management herbs to drop water fast (and safely). In addition, it contains additional caffeine – a well-known and effective thermogenic, as well as Calcium Oxide and Magnesium Citrate to keep muscles replenished with electrolytes to help prevent cramping and excess dehydration.

Dosage:

The recommended dose is four capsules in the morning, and four tabs afternoon, each with ~600ml of water. The dosage can be split into smaller denominations, however, ensure water consumption is kept to a maximum (6-9liters/day) during the 5-10 day cycle.
